At the Alberni District Teachers’ Union (ADTU), we represent and support teachers, TTOCs, and Associated Professionals across School District 70 Pacific Rim. Every day, we advocate for fair and respectful working conditions, promote equity and well-being, and uphold the professional rights that make strong teaching and learning possible.
Through collaboration, casework, and collective action, ADTU helps members navigate challenges, protect their rights, and access the supports they deserve. We also work with district partners and the BCTF to strengthen professional conditions and advance shared goals in public education.
We believe that when educators thrive, students thrive because our working conditions are students’ learning conditions.
